The room was beautiful for the first floor .. staff was amazing and super helpful .. they need a restaurant again tho i think 🤔 but that's just my opinion .. this is practically my home town and its about time it's run properly again .. I remember when it was a Holiday Inn .. those were the days .. family is family is family ... lets start getting along can't we ? I mean what are we doing here ? So i have no complaints about my stay at the beautiful istablishment called the Fireside Inn .. ty 🥰

Everything about my stay. They allowed us to check in an hour earlier as we arrived early. No extra fees. We didn’t know snacks and breakfast was included with our stay. Which is super convenient, we didn’t have to spend extra money on breakfast. We checked out at 4:30am and there was also breakfast for us. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean. We weren’t far from tourist attractions which was great! Definitely would recommend. I would definitely come back for another stay.

We've stayed at this location twice now on our visits to Rockport. The best part is that we were able to walk from the hotel into the quaint, downtown area by the water. The rooms are good, the lobby is beautiful, and the breakfast is basic continental fare. Nice place, especially for the price, which tends to be less expensive than some surrounding properties.

Loved how accommodating they were to our pets. They even provide water bowls. Yes, there’s a fee. But I’ve paid a fee at other places and never gotten a smile much less a water bowl. The staff greeted us with a smile and checked us in quickly. The location is perfect for the airport, parking is free and it’s an easy drive to downtown. I just wish they would update the property. They would be better able to justify the charge as it is very close to what the other nicer hotels charge.

Check in was quick, easy and the staff was welcoming. The room was clean and modern and quiet. Easy access to our rental car so we could come and go as we pleased. The coffee was great and the bed was comfortable.

The staff at this location is awesome! They gave us a free upgrade to a King suite and were very helpful and kind when we I accidentally locked the room from the inside room on night one. The rooms were clean and the location made it easy to get in and out of Portland. The price was fantastic for everything we got at this hotel.

I was traveling with my 7-year-old granddaughter, and we really enjoyed the pools. Our room was comfortable and clean. The breakfasts were adequate. The staff was very nice to us!

The whole facility was clean and presented well. The staff were very approachable. I came into town for an event and was setup with a room before normal check-in. There was an issue with my room and it was resolved before I even got back to the main desk.

Loved the outdoor pool and area around it,was beautiful. Also whirlpool/hot tub was very nice and relaxing. Fitness room was a bit small but nice.

The room was clean and quiet, which are my 2 highest concerns when travelling. There was a free shuttle bus to the event were attending, which was very convenient. Staff was always there to help when needed.
